I created this website to be an ever growing database of beauty products which lists the cost per ounce. This website was created so that people can compare prices of products with its true value rather than just it’s retail price. Even though I am currently situated in Canada, all the prices reflected on the database will be in US dollars.

My name is Vivian and I am currently a University student in Canada. Studying hard to get my Bachelors of Medical Radiation Sciences with a Radiation Therapy specialization is my main priority, but beauty is always on my mind. I first started getting into this hobby about 5 years ago and now it has become a daily obsession. I love watching Youtube videos, reading reviews and learning about new products. It took me many years to gather the courage to join the internet beauty community, but I’m now ready to step out my comfort zone! I had trouble at first wondering what I should do. I’m not a skilled makeup artist, I don’t have the money to buy products and review them and I don’t have the lively personality to make Youtube videos. However, I love finding a great deal in just about anything. So when I first learned that a MAC eyebrow pencil is actually cheaper than the Maybelline dupe, I knew that creating a database on price per ounce of a product can show people that drugstore doesn’t always mean best value. So I hope this gives you a little idea about who I am, and hope you like the database that I’m (slowly) creating!
